Honda has taken a leaf from KTM’s book, launching a special edition of their flagship motocross [FB2] bike this year. A classy bike designed for the off-road enthusiast, the CRF450RWE delivers power-packed performance because of 450cc engine. Though manufactured in Japan, this bike is famous all over the world because it features a hand-ported head and has protective coatings on the suspension and slip-on mufflers by Yoshimura. With a seat height of 38cm and weighing 112kg, this bike is definitely one of the best of this year.
Honda is one of the best dirt bike brands and offers many models. Though this model has undergone some changes, they aren’t visible instantly. The swing arm and the frame have been redesigned and several electronic changes have also been made such as the launch mode. This bike puts out a staggering 52.97 horsepower at 9000 RPM. Though this MX bike has been designed for competitive uses, the platform can be modified to meet your riding preferences and ability using the map options. The engine delivers immense power as the inverted fork and adjustable shock work together for maximum handling. The weight of the bike is 110.2kg and the seat height is 37 inches.
The FC450 edition won the Monster Energy Supercross World Championship title last year, and this year; the new model is also among the best ones. Many of the new features are now a part of the standard edition, with the frame being more rigid and the head being more compact. The bodywork has also been modified. The FC450 is capable of delivering 63 horsepower, and the bike’s engine has been moved closer to the center of gravity to improve the bike’s handling.
The 2019 KX450 model delivers remarkable performance. The bike now features an electric start, a sophisticated valve train and a hydraulically actuated clutch. This bike is on the market from £6999.
KTM 450SX-F was already a class apart, considering the horsepower and weight, and the same can be said for the new model. The 2019 model has a more compact and noticeable head, along with a more rigid frame. Though the bodywork is different, may trademark features such as the WP shock and Brembo brakes have been carried forward.
The RM Z-450 bike boasts of over 450 wins in natural competitions in the past 10 years. Last year, the model was given a makeover. This year, small changes have been made to the suspension and the bike is still one of the best models available this year. This model features a 449cc engine, a 37.8 inches seat height and a weight of 247 lbs.
